How to apply our Classic Wraps
Application Tips
Best Time to Apply
Ideally, apply wraps before bed - this gives the glue overnight to set.
Keep Them Dry!
Avoid water for at least 4 hours after application to help the adhesive set. Use washing-up gloves for dishwashing. Showering/bathing is fine.
Warm Up for Better Stick
If wraps feel less sticky or stiff, warm them with a hairdryer or radiator to soften the adhesive.
Prep for Perfection
- Buff nails gently with a Buffer block for better grip.
- Push cuticles back to prevent lifting.
- Wash hands with soap and dry thoroughly.
How to Apply
1. Select the Right Wrap
Choose a size slightly smaller than your nail to avoid lifting.
2. Peel & Apply
Remove the clear protective film and apply from the cuticle. Do not overlap on skin.
3. Press & Smooth
Rub firmly to secure, pressing out any air bubbles. RUB RUB and RUB again!
4. Trim Excess
Cut off excess wrap, folding remainder over the nail tip.
5. File for a Clean Finish
File downwards (never upwards!) at a 90° angle to remove remaining wrap. If nails are too short to file, use clippers.
6. Seal the Deal
Apply a clear top coat (our Magic Gloss or Ultimate Shine Top Coat) to seal and extend wear. Wipe off excess from skin before curing if using Ultimate Shine.
REMOVAL
Never peel off wraps! Always use a proper removal method to avoid nail damage.

How to Remove Your Wraps
Option 1: Magic Remover (Easiest & Damage-Free!)
- File off the shiny top layer.
- Apply Magic Remover, wait 5 minutes, then wipe or scrape off.
- Works even with UV gel topcoat & won’t dry out nails!
See full Magic Remover instructions.
Option 2: Nail Polish Remover & Warm Water (See Video below!)
- Fill a bowl with warm water.
- Add 1 tbsp nail polish remover to a plastic sandwich bag.
- Place your hand in the bag, then into the bowl.
- Rub nails for 1-2 minutes until wraps slide off.
- Use a soaked cotton pad to remove excess adhesive.
Option 3: Cotton Pad & Nail Polish Remover
- Soak a cotton pad, hold it on your nail for 3-4 minutes, then wipe off.
- Alternatively, use a cotton bud or floss stick dipped in remover to lift wraps.
- Wipe off any remaining adhesive.
(Not suitable for UV topcoat users.)
Option 4: The Oil Method
- Saturate nails with coconut, olive, or baby oil.
- Gently lift the wrap from the cuticle end, using oil to break the adhesive bond.
- Do not pull too fast to avoid nail damage.
